Terms of Use and Delivery Policy
These Terms of Use describe the conditions under which the website provides content, products, and services. Vendija Varlamova — self-employed individual, Registration No. 130190, Address: Cēsu nov., Stalbes pag., hereinafter referred to as the Online Store, ensures access to the website and offers goods/services in accordance with the terms set out below.
1. General Terms
When a consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such a transaction is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations on Distance Contracts, among others.
2. Making a Purchase
The prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are displayed next to each product.
To place an order, add the desired items to your shopping cart, fill in all required fields, and choose a delivery method. The total cost, including delivery, will be shown on the screen. Complete the payment to finalize your order.
3. Payment Terms

Payment-related personal data is processed by the licensed payment institution Montonio.The contract enters into force once a successful payment has been received in the online store’s bank account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified, and the full amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notification.
4. Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, France, and Romania.Orders are shipped using the following delivery methods: (insert your options here, e.g., parcel lockers, courier services, or local pickup).All duties and taxes required to receive the shipment in the destination country must be covered by the Buyer. Delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.Purchased goods are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer within 1–3 working days. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to deliver goods within up to 45 calendar days, informing the customer in advance.
5. Returns
Since all items are custom-made — personalized with designs, engravings, or text chosen by the client — they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

6. Consumer Rights for Non-Conforming Goods
The Online Store is responsible for any product non-conformity or defect that appears within 6 months after delivery to the customer, unless this is inconsistent with the nature of the item or the defect. The Buyer must inform the Seller of any non-conformity immediately, within 2 months of detecting it — by submitting a complaint.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects caused after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer. If a defect for which the Seller is responsible is found, the Buyer is entitled to request a repair or replacement free of charge.
If replacement or repair is not possible, the Seller will refund all payments made under the Distance Contract. The Seller will provide a written response to consumer complaints within 15 days.
7. Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data
The Online Store processes only the personal data that the Buyer provides when placing an order — such as name, surname, email address, etc.
Personal data may be shared with delivery service providers for order fulfillment.
If you have clearly agreed to receive marketing messages, we may occasionally contact you with news and offers. For this purpose, we process the email address provided during sign-up. The Buyer may unsubscribe by emailing info@kokabrinumi.lv .
8. Dispute Resolution
For matters not covered by these Terms, both the Buyer and the Seller agree to follow the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations or written communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, following Latvian legislation.
The Buyer also has the right to submit disputes to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or to European Union dispute resolution bodies.
